FAQ for Outdoor Events

If your heart is set on an outdoor event/wedding, there are many factors that need to be considered. Glance through the FAQs below to find out the attention provided in our establishment.

1. Mosquitoes
Being in a tropical country, mosquitoes will surely be a concern for an outdoor event, but not to worry, nature is a bit on our side; the adjacent lake is plenty of fishes which keep the mosquito’s breeding under control.
On daily basis, our dedicated in-house gardeners are keeping the surrounding cleaned from unpleasant growing bushes, dry leaves and stagnant water.
As an extra precaution, we have engaged a professional pest control company for regular fogging and, if weather permits, we will schedule the fogging to be carried a day before the event.

2. Parking - capacity of approximately 100 cars.
Subject to the scale of the event, we will provide complimentary valet parking services by engaging a licensed valet parking company to ensure that extra cars are parked safely outside our premises and monitored by our parking attendants.

3. Weather
RAIN:
In case of heavy rain the canopy area will be protected by motorized vertical roller blinds. All entrances from the indoor part of the restaurant are connected to the canopy by covered walkways.
HEAT:
There are plenty of ceiling fans under the canopy to keep the area ventilated, however please remind your invited guests that it’s an outdoor event and suggest them for a smart-casual dress code for a more comfortable evening. Extra portable air coolers can be rented from 3rd party at cost.

4. Food and Beverages
Our buffet menus comprise of a good selection of original Italian dishes that have been selected by our chef. Sit down set menus are available only for a maximum of 250pax.

Complimentary food tasting will be provided after confirmation of deposit (4 pax maximum).

Beverages will be arranged according to your requirements.

5. Entertainment
Basic accommodation for outdoor events comes with background music and PA system with 2 cordless mic.

For other special arrangements, such as mobile disco/D.J, projectors, special light effects, band, etc., feel free to engage your preferred third-party event management company (terms and conditions apply).

Our stage is equipped with 3-phase isolator 60-amp capacity.

6. Decoration
Our garden, surrounded by trees, green shrubs and the lake, is a lovely setting for outdoor events on its own. For outdoor events some basic decorations are provided based on the guaranteed minimum spending. However for more elaborate setting feel free to engage your own events management company, wedding planner or florist.

Please be informed that we do not allow attaching any decorations directly to the canopy and pillars.

7. Changing Room
A basic room with air-conditioning, wall mirror and dressing table is provided for makeup and changing.
